Welcome to Weight Loss Top Tips at WordPress. This is my first post in a blog which I hope to build up into something of a weight conscious resource of down to earth, common sense, diet-free weight loss top tips that I personally use to great effect!

Ok, I’m not a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist but I know a lot about these subjects – enough to be able to tell you when something works and when something does not work and to tell you why.

So as time goes on and I get some informative weight loss articles written, this place will build into a weight loss resource for the ordinary person. I’ll be covering a wide spectrum of things from doing plain old fashioned exercise and diets to the more exotic essential oils and weight loss ideas that not everyone will be thinking about, let alone doing! Not the super-human iron willed lettuce leaf muncher, but everyday folks like me that don’t need to told I can’t eat this or that or I’ll get fat! I don’t need someone to tell me that a big slice of chocolate cake will make me gain weight, so I won’t insult your intelligence by trying to tell you that either!

So what will I be telling you in here that makes this so different from all the thousands of other websites and blogs that harp on about all their great, not to be missed weight loss tips?

Well, for one, I won’t be recycling all the diet crap that every fat person is probably sick to the back teeth of hearing.

For another, I won’t be telling you to go and join an expensive gym so you can make yourself feel lighter by having less money in your wallet and embarrass you in front of a load of posing self-serving body-beautiful fitness fanatics.

What I will be telling you about are simple, down to earth and very ordinary things that anyone can do to help themselves to lose some weight and make themselves feel a little fitter and enjoying a more healthy lifestyle. Nothing earth shattering there! No miracle weight loss techniques. No fancy diets. No fad workout regimes.

Just plain day to day stuff that you might even enjoy doing!
